Today, Sen. Jerry Moran (R-KS) — a key Republican member of the bipartisan group of senators negotiating an infrastructure deal — said on CNBC’s Squawkbox that his goal in negotiations is to squash the opportunity for Democrats to use reconciliation to pass other portions of the Build Back Better agenda that would create millions of good-paying jobs.
