  • $3.5 billion to ensure a safe supply of drinking water, reliable sewage systems, and solid waste disposal facilities

  • $3 billion to increase safety, mobility, and access for Tribal communities

  • $2.5 billion for Indian water rights settlements

  • $2 billion to invest in broadband infrastructure, distance learning, telehealth, and activities that promote access

  • $800 million to plan, design, engineer, replace, improve, or construct bridges on Tribal lands

  • $300 million to improve the safety of dams, water sanitation, and other facilities
